Typically, items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) maximum of order date, however due to the holiday rush, please allow an extended amount of time for your order to be shipped. Pre-order items have estimated ship dates depending on the individual item. In the event that your item becomes backordered, you will be contacted by a customer service representative about how you would like to proceed. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. Depending on what you select as your method of shipping and where you live in the U.S. (for domestic shipping), an order may take up to 13 business days to reach you. United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Shipping:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGAt this time, we ship international orders via USPS only. We are in the process of adding competitive pricing for other international shippers to provide you with the best possible shipping outcomes. Currently, USPS is a more affordable option, but tracking numbers provide limited information, particularly for lighter-weight packages (First Class shipping option). Sometimes tracking numbers only provide tracking information until the package leaves the United States. In this event, no updated tracking information is available once the package has left the U.S. International orders typically ship within 3 BUSINESS days of ordering and can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 90 days. All In Merchandise does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what you see when you track your package. Please allow ample amount of time for your delivery of your international package, due to customs processes and dispatch to remote residential locations.
